“Bethany did an amazing managing the day-of coordination and florals for our May 2020 wedding! We had multiple meetings with Bethany planning for a 150 person event with a full ceremony and reception at a venue just outside Boston. We appreciated her attention to detail, organizational skills, and patient encouragement. Suddenly the Covid-19 pandemic hit, and Bethany helped us navigate the change of plans which included pushing our date back, reducing the size of the wedding, and moving the locations of the ceremony and dinner. After leading a virtual rehearsal the night before, Bethany managed to coordinate a perfect wedding day, while successfully keeping everyone safe and social distanced. The floral arrangements she created for me and the bridal party were beautiful for the ceremony at the Arnold Arboretum, and she set up the house thoughtfully and elegantly for our family dinner. “My husband and I chose Bethany as our wedding planner and day-of coordinator back in 2016. Our wedding was on Cape Cod, but we live in New York City so much of the coordination had to happen remotely (and on the spare weekends that we were able to travel up there). Bethany handled the long-distance challenge like a piece of cake.
She has a gift of being involved and staying on schedule while also giving you space to make your own decisions. I valued that so much throughout the process, as I'm someone who likes to have options (but not too many). She is kind, generous with her time, creative and can get along with just about anyone—a must for big families with lots of opinions! On the actual day, my husband and I were able to rest easy knowing that Bethany had it under control. She even went as far as to pick up on little things I was worrying about, then go out of her way to fix them and reassure me of my focus for that day.
